This list has been established for longer and traffic tends to be
higher. Buying and selling on the list is not allowed. Discussion is
wide-ranging and at all levels and there is much information regularly
posted about Japanese blades, their history and their makers. There is
a fairly heavy American emphasis though the list has many subscribers
worldwide.

Publishers of NIHON-TO, a high quality glossy quarterly journal containing
many oshigata and much valuable information. Members also receive
a monthly Journal. Meetings for Kantei (sword appraisal) are held
